By downloading or using the TutoTalk application (“App”), you agree that these Terms of Use apply automatically. You may not copy, modify, extract source code, translate, or create derivative versions of the App. All intellectual property rights associated with the App belong to TutoTalk.
The App is currently provided free of charge. TutoTalk may update, modify, or improve the App at any time. If any paid features are introduced in the future, users will be clearly informed beforehand.
The App may store and process limited personal information required to provide functionality. You are responsible for securing your device and maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. We advise against jailbreaking or rooting your device, as it may compromise security and functionality.
The App displays advertisements served by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect device identifiers, usage data, and interaction information to deliver personalized or non-personalized ads. Your use of the App means you consent to the display of such ads, subject to Google’s advertising and privacy policies.
The App may utilize trusted third-party tools, such as analytics or advertising providers. These services may collect or process information according to their own privacy policies. TutoTalk is not responsible for the actions or policies of third-party providers.
Some features require an active internet connection. TutoTalk is not responsible for reduced functionality caused by lack of connectivity or exceeded data limits.
You are responsible for any mobile data costs or roaming fees associated with using the App. If you are not the bill payer, ensure you have appropriate permission.
You are responsible for keeping your device operational. TutoTalk is not liable if the App cannot be used due to device issues, such as insufficient battery or hardware failures.
The App may require updates to function properly. TutoTalk may discontinue the App or terminate access at any time. Upon termination, you must delete the App from your device.
TutoTalk strives to maintain an accurate and reliable App experience. However, we are not liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from system failures, inaccuracies, or reliance on App functionality.
